Pineapple Banana Smoothie with Milk
This pineapple smoothie is mixed using fresh carrots and fruit such as chopped pineapple and banana, and is easily made with only 5 ingredients. This is the ideal breakfast drink if you are looking for healthy, vegan smoothie recipes.
This smoothie is not only packed with fruit but also with vegetables such as carrots, spinach, or kale for additional nutrition. Fruits tend to be very sweet so vegetables help balance the taste. To make sure this smoothie is filling enough to serve my whole breakfast, I like to add extras like oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and peanut butter.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cooked bananas
  • 1/4 cup of 2-ounce orange juice
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 1/2 cup cut carrots for babies 7 ounces
  • 1 cup of chopped fresh pineapple, 5 ounces


Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender container.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Serve immediately.
