Spinach Avocado Dip Recipe |
Healthy, easy, low-calorie spinach avocado sauce recipe without dairy products. You don't need mayo or cream to make this delicious avocado sauce with less than 100 kcal per serving. You will love the creamy texture and the delicious avocado and spinach garlic mixture.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin avocado oil or vegetable oil of your choice 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves boiled in boiling water for 2 minutes, squeezed, drain - about 20 large leaves of fresh spinach
- 2 large ripe avocados around 2 cups of mashed avocados
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup of fresh chopped coriander
- 3/4 cup milk-free coconut yogurt (made from 100% coconut cream, pure fat) or cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Cut fresh spinach leaves. Place them in a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover. Set aside for 2 minutes
- Drain the spinach, rinse it in cold water and use your hands to squeeze the spinach leaves that are ripe / pale to remove all the extra water. Finally, pat dry between two sheets of absorbent paper to remove all additional water.
- In a food processor, with an s blade attachment, add spinach, mashed avocado, crushed garlic, coriander, coconut yogurt, lime juice, avocado oil, salt and pepper.
- Process until smooth - about 2 minutes at high speed.
- Transfer to a bowl. Spray extra virgin avocado oil on top if you like.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight before serving for the flavor mixture.
- This recipe serves 12 servings, a nutritional panel for 1 serving.
