This Oreo Cheese Cake Bite is an Oreo cheese cake and happiness in one bite size. White and black chocolate coated, very good!
Prep Time: 15 Min
Cook Time: 40 Min
Additional Time: 1 Hour 55 Min
Total Time: 2 Hours 50 Min
Ingredients
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 4 ounces of semisweet chocolate
- 36 oreos, divided
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 4 ounces of white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 ° f.
- Cover the pan 9 × 13 inches with tinfoil, with the tip extending to the side. Carefully destroy 24 oreo cookies. Melt 1/4 cup of butter; mix with crumbs. Press the pan that has been prepared.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar with a mixer until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beat after each until they are even. Cut the remaining cookies. Stir gently into the dough; pour over the skin.
- Bake the cheesecake for about 35-40 minutes or until the sides are adjusted and the center is almost set. Refrigerate completely on a wire rack in the pan.
- When the cheesecake is really cold, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. When it's cold, remove the cheesecake using a foil overhang and cut the cheesecake into bite-sized pieces. Place a bite of cheesecake on a candle tray or parchment lined with paper. Melt the semisweet chocolate and white chocolate in a separate bowl (i use a microwave with 50% strength, often stirring). Pour melted chocolate into a plastic bag, one for semi-sweet chocolate, one for white chocolate. Cut a small corner from the corner of the bag and drizzle chocolate over the cheese cake. Chill the bar until it's ready to be served. Or, a drizzle bite can be frozen in an airtight container for up to one month. Let them thaw in the fridge and serve cold.
