This Pumpkin Spice White Russian is a great spin on a classic cocktail for fall!  A splash of pumpkin spice creamer and a dash of pumpkin pie spice blend harmoniously with vodka and Kahlua.

I can’t think of a White Russian without thinking of  the movie, The Big Lebowski.  The “Dude” was really onto something with his affection for this great cocktail.  I love the swirling effect you get when pouring that top layer of cream over the vodka and Kahlua mixture.  It really is ethereal.

Ingredients

•                   1.5 oz. vanilla vodka

•                   1.5 oz. Kahlua

•                   1.5 oz. half-and-half or whole milk

•                   2 tbsp. pumpkin spice creamer

•                   pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

1.                Fill a short cocktail glass halfway with ice.

2.                Add the vodka and Kahlua to the ice.

3.        Pour the half-and-half and pumpkin spice creamer combined over the top.
