Shrimp Foil Packets with Zucchini |
This one easy recipe lovers is for you. We have Shrimp Foil Pack which is full of runny shrimp, vegetables cooked quickly, and spices every day. The bonus is that they require minimal preparation and no cleaning. Suitable for gluten free, Keto, Paleo and Low Carbohydrate diets.

Ingredients
For Shrimp Foil Package
- 2 courgettes zucchini cut into half months
- 1.5 teaspoons of butter optional
- 250 g of raw uncooked deveined shrimp
- 2 paprika aspirated and cut into pieces
- 16 cherry tomatoes cut in half or left intact
For Marinade
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic puree
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 1.5 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt
Instructions
- Turn on the campfire or heat the oven to the assisted fan 200C / 220C / 425 F / gas 7.
- Add shrimp, courgettes (zucchini), paprika and cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
- Mix with seasoning ingredients and add to shrimp mixture and stir until mixed.
- Separate the shrimp mixture into 4 pieces of aluminum foil and separate the butter (if using) throughout the package.
- Fold the edges of the paper around the food to form a closed, closed package.
Grill
If baking on a campfire or grill, then cook the shrimp foil package for about 10 minutes on one side, then turn it over and cook for 5-6 minutes on the other side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked.
Oven
If cooking in the oven, cook for 15-20 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked.
