Easy Vegan Chocolate Fudge Cake |
The secret ingredient that makes this vegan fudge recipe is sweetened thick coconut milk by a company called Nature's Charm. Thick milk is just that, thick - meaning that most of the liquid has been removed. This is suitable for dessert where you want low water content so that it remains rich and thick.
Prep Time: 15 Min
Total Time: 1 Hour 30 Min
Ingredient
- 2 cups Vegan black chocolate chips, Enjoy Brand Life
- 2 pinch of divided sea salt
- 1 can - 11.25 ounces of Nature's Charm brand sweet coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of organic coconut oil
Instructions
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spray with coconut oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Make a double kettle on your stove by filling a small saucepan halfway with water and placing a large, heat-resistant bowl on it.
- Place your thick coconut milk, chocolate chips, coconut oil and a little sea salt in your large bowl and keep stirring it on low heat until all the ingredients have melted together.
- Using oven gloves, pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to scrape the bowl.
- Add a little sea salt to the top of the fudge before putting it in the freezer. Leave this set at least 1 hour before cutting.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks (if it lasts that long!) Or in the freezer for 2 months.
