Vegan Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls
Traditional peanut butter balls are made with a ton of butter and powdered sugar, on the other hand, these sweet little balls dipped in chocolate do not have refined sugar. Instead, they are sweetened with only 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and coated with rich, chocolate-free dark chocolate.
This delicious, chocolate-coated Peanut Butter tastes like a Peanut Butter Reese cup. It's very easy to make and is always popular with everyone who tries it. If you cannot make peanut butter, please use almond butter or other choice of peanut butter or seeds.

Ingredients
For Filling Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons of yeast nutrition
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
  • 4 ounces of vegan dark chocolate or milk-free chocolate chips


Instructions
  1. Combine everything with enthusiasm except for chocolate in a large bowl for about 60 seconds. It should start to thicken a little.
  2. Place the bowl in the freezer until it is strong enough to be rolled into a ball. Around 20 minutes.
  3. When ready, roll the peanut butter mixture into 18-20 about 1.5 inch balls and put it back in the freezer.
  4. Melt dark chocolate or chocolate chips in a double kettle or a bowl placed on a pan filled with boiling water.
  5. Line the baking sheet with baking paper or wax paper.
  6. After the chocolate has completely melted, roll each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick until it's completely covered.
  7. Tap the excess chocolate on the side of the bowl before placing it on a baking sheet.
  8. After you close everything, put it in the freezer to set at least 30 minutes.
  9. They will melt at room temperature, so keep it in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to eat.
