Paleo Vegan Brownie Truffles Recipe

Ingredient
  • 3/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 2 glasses of chocolate chips. See the post for options
  • 2 cups Homella Nutella
  • 1/2 cup selected sticky sweetener

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix your chocolate, coconut flour and choice sweeteners. If the mixture is too thick, add additional syrup / liquid until the mixture is thick.
  2. Cover a large plate with baking paper. Using your hands, form small balls and place them on a plate. Cool.
  3. Melt the chocolate flakes of your choice. Remove your truffle from the fridge. Move quickly, dip each truffle into melted chocolate, making sure everything is coated evenly.
  4. Place it back on the plate and chill until tight.
