Prep Time: 30 Mins
Cook Time: 12 Mins
Total Time: 42 Mins

Ingredient
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Softened 4 once cream cheese
  • 4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 box of mixed fudge brownies (19.5 ounces or family size)
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup refined sugar

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, shake the mixture of brownies, butter, cream cheese, and eggs. The dough will be a little sticky. Spoon the mixture over the baking pan without the skin, making about 24 cakes. Align each other's edges to form a round cake.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar and peanut butter until it is completely combined. The shape of the mixture becomes about 1 inch of the ball. Make sure you have one ball for each cookie. Put aside.
  3. Bake the cake mixture for 12 minutes, watching to make sure the cake is not ripe or undercooked.
  4. Once the cake comes out of the oven, lightly press the peanut butter ball into the center of each cake. The peanut butter mixture will soften a little, but that doesn't matter. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack until it has cooled completely.
  5. Melt 4 ounces of chocolate in a microwave bowl for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate and melt for 15 seconds or until the chocolate is completely melted. Spoon about 1/2 tablespoon of melted chocolate on top of each cake so that it covers the peanut butter ball. Let the chocolate sink. Store in an airtight container.
