Banana Drop Cookies Recipe

Banana Cookies These are light and good cakes for finishing bananas that are too ripe! Easy recipes too

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cups butter
  • 1 cup of banana; mash well
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1¼ glass of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beat
  • 2¼ cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

For Topping (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar


Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
  2. Cream sugar, butter, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and beat well. Stir the banana.
  4. Slowly, mix the dry ingredients to get wet. Refrigerate 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400.
  6. Drop a two-inch teaspoon-sized dough ball apart on an oily cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon / sugar mixture; If desired.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until browned. Refrigerate 2 minutes, then transfer to the rack.
