Banana Drop Cookies Recipe |
Banana Cookies These are light and good cakes for finishing bananas that are too ripe! Easy recipes too

Ingredients
- 2/3 cups butter
- 1 cup of banana; mash well
- ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1¼ glass of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 eggs, beat
- 2¼ cup flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
For Topping (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Cream sugar, butter, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and beat well. Stir the banana.
- Slowly, mix the dry ingredients to get wet. Refrigerate 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Drop a two-inch teaspoon-sized dough ball apart on an oily cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon / sugar mixture; If desired.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until browned. Refrigerate 2 minutes, then transfer to the rack.
