Rich and chocolatey Coca-Cola Fudge with Walnuts is made using real Coca-Cola, giving it a great kick of Coca-Cola taste.

Ingredients

•                   3/4 cup butter

•                   3 cups sugar

•                   2/3 cup evaporated milk

•                   1 Coca-Cola Mini Can

•                   12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

•                   7 oz marshmallow cream

•                   1 ¼ cups chopped walnuts, divided

Instructions

1.              Prepare a 9×13 pan with parchment paper and a thin layer of non-stick spray. Set aside.

2.               Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan.

3.      Once butter has melted, add sugar, evaporated milk, and Coca-Cola. Bring mixture to a full boil, stirring constantly. When it has reached a full boil, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
