Reese's Peanut Butter Pie No Bake |
This Reese Peanut Butter is my favorite non-roasted dessert! It all starts with the chocolate crust and the whole Reese Cups layer on the bottom of the pie. Then you prepare a light layer of peanut butter filling, chocolate topping, and whipped cream. Of course, that's all topped with more Reese's Cups just to really put it on.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces of cold whip or whipped cream (whipped into a stiff peak), divided
- 24 Reese Cups that have not yet been opened, are divided
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 (11.75 oz.) Topping hot fudge jar smucker
- 1 chocolate pie crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 ounce) soft cream cheese package
Instruction
- Cover the bottom of the pie crust with the entire cup of reese in a flat layer. I can get 10. Set aside.
- In a stand mixer, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese and refined sugar until smooth. Fold 8 ounces of cold whip or whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture by hand, until evenly mixed.
- Spoon the mixture into the skin of the pie and smooth the mixture to the edge of the pie using a spatula or the back of the spoon.
- Heat the hot fudge topping for 1 minute in the microwave. Move. Pour over the cake and apply until it reaches the tip.
- Pies cold until ready, about 2 hours.
- After the pie is set, apply the remaining whipped cream over the hot fudge layer. Cut the remaining Reese cup and sprinkle on top.
- Chill until ready to serve
