Golden Turmeric Milk Iced Latte


This golden ice milk latte is very delicious, and happens to be a nutritious, anti-inflammatory, and modern drink that is drunk. It only takes a few minutes to make it, and this is a great caffeine exchange or whenever you want to feel great! Great before going to sleep too. Naturally vegan and paleo with low carbohydrate and keto options.
This ice version is refreshing, very easy to make, and put together in just a few minutes.

Ingredient
  • Cardamom flops ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric land
  • Remove black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2-3 cups of choice milk such as almonds, macadamia or coconut. See Note 1
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger powder


Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Use 2 cups for a sweeter and more spicy drink; use closer to 3 for the lighter version.
  2. Shake the mixture well and pour it over ice into two serving glasses.
  3. If you prefer the "ombré" look, as in my photo, pour half of the milk on ice into two glasses. Then, continue with the recipe: combine the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake it well, and pour it into a ready glass.
