Freshing Christmas Cocktail (Gin and Appletiser) |
This sparkling gin and apple juice makes an easy seasonal twist on gin and tonic which is ideal for Christmas parties. Cranberry ice cubes are easy to make, and really make it look even more special. Sugar free.
The Christmas party season will start soon, and there are always questions about what your guests should be serving. I like to have something different, but not overly alcoholic, highly flavored or anything that I will feel the effect a day later.
Prep Time: 5 Mins
Cook Time: 1 Min
Total Time: 6 Mins
Ingredient
- 50 ml / 2 gin-cold injections using branded labels, but no premium needed
- 250 ml of original Appletiser - chill
- Apple slices
- Lime slices
- Cranberry - I was frozen
- Filtered water
- 3 cranberry ice cubes
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Place 4 cranberries in each cube tray compartment, add distilled water and freeze overnight. If cranberries float, fill half of the tray, let it freeze then add more water.
- Pour gin into a glass, add with Appletiser, add ice cubes, cinnamon and apples. Give lime juice gently and then add to the drink.
