Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles Delicious


Until now my pumpkin truffle. They are small but rich, like truffles should be! And they are coated in chocolate, a natural pair.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 2 cups of bitter chocolate chips
  • 15 Golden Oreo cakes
  • 5 ounces of soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cloves
  • Toothpick or fork to dip


Instructions
  1. In a food processor, grind the Oreos to flour. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of crushed Oreo, and mix in a little cinnamon for color.
  2. Pour a large portion of Oreo into a medium bowl and stir in cream cheese, puree pumpkin, and spices until homogeneous. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. After the cold truffle, use a round tablespoon, roll the dough into a ball. Place it on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  4. Next, melt the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl in 30 seconds, stirring evenly between each heating.
  5. Using a toothpick or fork, dip the ball in melted chocolate and return it to the pan to cool. For garnish, sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of Oreo that is set aside from before. Place it in the freezer until it hardens.
