Sticky Apple Sausage & Bacon |

Ingredient
- 8 rasher smoked striped bacon
- 8 quality pork sausages
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 2 red-skinned apples, each cut into 8 slices
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 220C / 200C fan / gas 7. Tie a piece of meat around each sausage. Heat the oil in a refractory canister, then brown the sausage in the can. Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Stir in apple slices and bake everything for 10 minutes until the sausages are cooked and the apples are sticky and caramelized. Serve with mash.
