Shrimp Soup Healthy Chinese Recipe |
Chinese soup is also available in the sea version by replacing meat with shrimp. More exotic, more modern, this Chinese soup will definitely bring warmth to your table! And all that, just spend 20 minutes in the kitchen.
Ingredient
- 1 carrot in thin slices
- Some cilantro
- 1 piece of pepper
- 450g raw shrimp peel + carcass
- 1 cubic broth
- 1 lemongrass stalk split 2 and destroyed
- 1/2 lime juice
- 150g of Chinese noodles
- 1 cs soy sauce a
Instruction
- Place the carcass in a pan of 1 liter of water and add diced broth and lemongrass.
- Let shudder for 10 minutes then give it to the Chinese (no pun intended): it is a very good filter!).
- Add the stock to the pan and add shrimp, carrots and pasta.
- Cook for 7 minutes then add soy sauce and lime juice.
- Serve this hot soup in a bowl each with thin slices of red peppers and fresh coriander leaves.
