Grilled Turkish Vegetarian Burger


Nobody says summer is more than barbecue in the backyard. Unfortunately, so many foods that we like to bake are not exactly the best for our bodies. Don't let a little summer fun frustrate your plans for healthy eating. Our Turkey Veggie Burger will make you enjoy delicious and delicious backyard burgers without added fat and calories. Made with only 100% clean, whole ingredients, our Turkish Turkish Burger also provides high doses of protein and vegetable nutrients. We've used zucchini and carrots to make this burger extra moist, and a little garlic and seasoning ensures that you don't have to sacrifice flavor.

Ingredient
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced for 6 servings
  • 6 slices of whole wheat artisan bread
  • 1 pound of lean turkey
  • 1 cup of grated carrots
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Halal salt or the sea to taste
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 Romaine heart lettuce leaves


Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients and form into 6 loaves. Bread can be cooked on an outdoor grill, pan, pan or oven. Cook the bread on medium heat for about 12 minutes or until there is no more pink color.
  2. When the burger is cooking, spread olive oil on one side of the sliced bread and bake it in the oven, place it on a skillet or pan and cook until golden and crispy. Add your favorite seasonings to the burger and serve immediately.
