Delicious Muesli Coconut Recipe

Coconut muesli is very easy to make and also very healthy

Total Time: 6 Mins
Ingredient
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 cup of coconut flakes
- 1 cup mixed walnuts, basil almonds
- ½ cup of dried cranberries and raisins
- 1 tablespoon gogi give
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
Instructions
- Roast coconut flakes in a dry pan over medium heat for about 1 minute, watch them like eagles because they can easily catch fire, you just want them to toast and gold
- Mash the nuts with pestle and mortar and toast in the same way as coconut flakes, they must be aromatic and golden
- Let the nuts and coconuts cool completely
- Mix all ingredients into one
- Store in airtight jars for up to 6 months
