AMISH COUNTRY CASSEROLE RECIPE |
This Amish Country Casserole combines several simple ingredients to make a delicious and delightful casserole. You might already have all the ingredients at home now! We had this for dinner that night, and Chicken Feet couldn't stop raving about it. He ate it for dinner and heated the leftovers for lunch the next day.
Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1 (10,75-oz) tin of mushroom cream
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 12 ounce medium egg noodles
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 (10,75-oz) tomato soup
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons of onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Put aside.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
- In a large bowl, mix tomato soup, cream mushrooms, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, garlic, and onion flakes. Stir ground beef and cooked noodles.
- Apply the noodle mixture to the prepared pan. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.
- If freezing for then - cover with tinfoil and freeze at this time. When ready to cook, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours and bake according to instructions.
- Bake open for 25 to 30 minutes.
