Microwave Baked Apples Recipe |
Microwave Baked Apples are a warm, cozy, warm dessert filled with a mixture of cinnamon butter oat and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This Baked Apples are perfect for Autumn or whenever you want a delicious and fast dessert.

Delicious, runny, classic roasted apples filled with a mixture of sweet oats and prepared in the microwave in just a few minutes!
Ingredient
- 1 tablespoon of butter cut into 8 pats
- 4 fresh and crispy apples
- 1 cup of ground wheat
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- a little salt
- 3 tablespoons of pink sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Optional vanilla ice cream, to be served
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter and mash with a fork until well blended.
- Add honey and stir until everything is perfectly mixed; set aside.
- Cut the apple in half, lengthwise.
- Take a melon baller and take the center of the apple; Don't scoop up all the meat! Take the seeds and throw a little to make a well.
- Fill apples with wheat mixture prepared.
- Place the apples in a microwave baking dish safely; add a little butter on top of each apple and cover the entire plate with a tissue.
- Place the baking sheet in the microwave and cook on HIGH for 8 minutes.
- Using a fork, check for maturity by testing the thickest parts of the apple.
- Continue cooking in 1 minute increment until desired softness.
- Remove from the microwave and let stand about 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with vanilla ice cream spoon, optional, and spoon sauce on top of apples.
- Presents.
