Yellow Smoothie
Smoothies are not only yummy, they are packed with healthy vitamins and minerals. With the right combination of ingredients, it can be a great nutritional after workout snack, breakfast, or even a meal replacement. Ingredient:
· ½ cup pineapple juice
· ½ cup Greek yogurt
· ½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
· ½ cup frozen mango
· 1 banana, chopped
· 1 tsp grated ginger
Directions:
